How to know your child is an extrovert
We were doing the "go around the table and mention the things you're thankful for" tradition. It was McKay's turn:
McKay: I'm thankful for my work.
Margaret: Because all your friends are there?
McKay: And I'm thankful for church.
Margaret: Because your friends are there?

I love love love love this. I think Margaret and I would get along famously.
ReplyDeleteSo true! Stephen is an extrovert too! A lot of people think that extroverts are just loud, boisterous people, but that's not true. They just get their energy from being around others, so friends at every location are super important. Both Josh and I are introverts (being around people is fun, but drains our energy), so it makes things challenging sometimes.
ReplyDeleteThat is adorable. However, I was wondering if this made you question your decision not to send her to school?
ReplyDeleteI think I'll do this for an Inquisition Monday post, thanks!
DeleteGreat! I have completely mixed feelings about homeschooling/unschooling and I love that you present such a balanced viewpoint of your actual experiences.
